This Gesshin Ittetsu 240mm White #2 Honyaki Gyuto comes with a Desert Ironwood handle. In fact, these are some of the nicest western handles we have seen. The fit and finish is impeccable, and the shape is amazingly comfortable in-hand. The hamon on this knife is polished to bring out a bit more contrast, and has a really nice misty finish. The rest of the blade is mirror polished.
